The apartment is strategically located, literally steps from the Duomo and a balcony offering a view of the Duomo and Giotto's Campanile in one direction, a view to one of the most beautiful squares in Florence, to Piazza SS Annunziata, in the other!
The loft apartment is on the first floor with elevator, a great advantage when one has suitcases to carry. This small but important detail can make a big difference to you during your stay.
The apartment has two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and another on the same level as the bedroom in the loft. The sofa in the living room transforms into a comfortable double bed to host two more guests.
The entire apartment has its own independent heating and air conditioning system which you will certainly appreciate after a warm summer day spent out and about exploring Renaissance Florence. The entire apartment offers fast Wi-Fi connection.
Location
On the street where the apartment is located you will find a supermarket just 50m away, which is open everyday until 9pm. Perfect for picking up snacks as well as items for a light summer meal "at home" in the apartment.
The main station (SMN) is a 12 minute walk from the apartment, in 5 minutes you can get to Piazza San Marco where you will find many buses and a taxi stand to take you further away on your exploration of the city.
The airport is a 30 minute ride by taxi; if you arrive by car, you can park your car in the private garage down the street, just a 5 minute walk away.
